Falade, School of Management, New York Institute of Technology tdapo@hotmail.com Dr.Talal Nusair, Faculty of Business and Finance, American University of Madaba talal52t@hotmail.com ABSTRACT This study examines the relationship between organizational climate factors and the Job Satisfaction among employees. 149 climate research papers both favorable and unfavorable studies measuring 156,096 employees from the service based organizations formed the basis of the study. The Meta-analysis Technique was used to investigate the relationship between Aggregate organizational climate and Employee Job satisfaction. The unfavorable organizational climate ( k=113, N=78636, failsafe N= 203) is correlated negatively with organization Job satisfaction (r = -0.459 before correction and r = -0.363 after correction) with confidence interval range varies from r = -0.381 to -0.345. The favorable organizational climate (k=145, N = 77460, fail safe N = 397) is correlated positively (r = 0.442 before correction and r = 0.486 after correction) with confidence interval range varies from 0.463 to 0.509. The findings of this study have shown that favorable and unfavorable climate factors can increase and decrease job satisfaction respectively.
