These are the inherent qualities of individuals who respond to several changes and help the society to be reactive and vibrant and also respond to the changes that come across as a part of the process of globalization. As the world becomes smaller day by day, transformation comes over every aspect but the values which have been running through ages remain eternal; our age old literature has a role to play in this. The Indian epics which have inspired people across the times still continue to do so in the course of their daily lives. This paper aims to bring forward the role played by the process of globalization upon the values and ethics projected by the epics. (No. of words : 140) Interaction of Process of Globalization with ongoing Values and Ethics: Values and ethics are the essential characteristics of individuals, societies, organizations, countries, nations etc.; values and ethics give each of them a unique identity; their individuality is because of the values and ethics they possess. An individual exhibits his activities in the way as is manifested by the values and ethics it inherently possesses. An individual as a part of an organization or the society and the nation, tends to affect, in his own small way, the happenings of the country or of the world.
