BeĐause of the streaŵ ŵulifaĐeted Ŷature aŶd furtherŵore the iŵpaĐts of sĐale, phLJsiĐal ŵodels ĐaŶ Ŷot edžĐlusiǀelLJ giǀe a reasoŶaďle ĐoŵpreheŶsioŶ of the ŵaterial sĐieŶĐe adŵiŶisteriŶg the streaŵ ield aŶd it is iŵportaŶt to studLJ this ŵarǀel ŶuŵeriĐallLJ aloŶgside ield aŶd edžperiŵeŶtal trials. AďseŶĐe of iŶlet sediŵeŶt ĐoŶtrol to adŵissioŶ ďeĐause of sediŵeŶt traŶsport to ǁater sLJsteŵ ĐhaŶŶels aŶd oiĐes ŵake trouďles for ǀarious parts. IŶ this reǀieǁ, the loǁ ŶuŵeriĐal siŵulaioŶ has ďeeŶ perforŵed iŶ the iŵŵediate ǁaLJ of reĐtaŶgular ĐhaŶŶel uiliziŶg SSIIM prograŵŵiŶg aŶd k-ω turďuleŶĐe ŵodel. The iŵpaĐts of the geoŵetriĐ aŶd ǁater driǀeŶ paraŵeters oŶ streaŵ pariioŶ zoŶes are edžplored. At that poiŶt, for edžaŵiŶaioŶ of the sediŵeŶtaioŶ, iŵpaĐt of deǀiaioŶ edges of ϰϱ to 90 degree aŶd release proporioŶ oŶ the proporioŶ of ĐhaŶŶel residue to adŵissioŶ is siŵulated. NuŵeriĐal outĐoŵes ǁere ĐoŶtrasted aŶd the trial; aŶd a deĐeŶt uŶderstaŶdiŶg has ďeeŶ fouŶd ďetǁeeŶ theŵ. The preseŶt results deŵoŶstrated that ǁith edžpaŶdiŶg the release raio aŶd deǀiaioŶ aŶgle, there disĐoǀered iŶĐreŵeŶt iŶ the iŶlet sediŵeŶt raio to the iŶtake.
