ISTANBUL One of the charges used as a pretext to justify actions against Qatar in the recent pre-planned Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) crisis -- in addition to severing diplomatic relations, executing a blockade, along with media and political campaigns as well as cyber attacks -- is the so-called close relationship between Doha and Tehran.
