This is the first report on this very rare Carpathian spider species in Poland. Present locality is one of the most northern findings of this spider. STRESZCZENIE W pracy przedstawiono informację o pierwszym stwierdzeniu na terenie Polski, bardzo rzad- kiego w Europie, karpackiego gatunku pająka – Pocadicnemis carpatica (CHYZER). Odkryte stano- wisko P. carpatica na terenie Parku Narodowego Gór Stołowych jest najdalej na północ wysunię- tym miejscem występowania tego gatunku w obrębie jego areału.
