In this paper a device is presented which have the ability to extract such properties. It includes a resistance touch panel that is mounted on a color LCD. By drawing on the panel, information of hand movement could be extracted by ARM microprocessor and transferred to a computer for exact examination such as diseases recognition, through USB port with acceptable sampling rate. Then, accumulated data is recorded by the device microcontroller, and it displays hand movement at the same time on the LCD as an appropriate feedback for user and software. Using information processing modules and comparing them with normal situation, it could help treatment of special diseases or motional disabilities or training assistance objects for children. KEYWORDS: kinematic movement, ARM microcontroller, USB connection, color LCD, touch screen, hand movement. 1. INTRODUCTION kinematic specification of hand movement have various applications in different areas such as kinesiology, psychiatry, education, neurology, occupational therapy, senility determination, side effects of medicine, depression, diagnostic systems like signature recognition and other research areas [4-9]. In neurology, for instance, Parkinson is a disease in which not releasing of dopamine causes permanent muscles spasm and the final result is hardness of muscles and movement disorder in the patient [4, 5]. Movement disorder in Parkinson patients makes their kinematic parameters different in comparison with healthy people. One simple method for acquiring these parameters is patients’ handwriting. Velocity and acceleration are two common factors generally evaluated in one’s handwriting [7]. Researches show that the rate of changes of the position, velocity and acceleration can properly reveal presence or absence of disease in a person. In cases such as stress, hand vibration may occurs too. Or for teaching children the alphabet, Kinematic information record system can be used as well. In both situation, obviously, we need a Kinematic specification recording device. There are various essays on Kinematic specification of hand movement in which different goals are followed including research, therapy, rehabilitation, legal purpose and etcetera. All studies in this field research need to record hand movement and frequently use a common method. In this method, researchers use digital tablets to record specification of handwriting [4-11]. In these experiments, peoples are divided into two groups: healthy people and patients, and their handwriting is tested in different ways. As an instance, for Parkinson diagnosis, pentagons known as Archimedes screw are used [6]. In this experiment people under evaluation shall, using a specified pen, repeat the given shape on the tablet. Evaluation of statistics in these experiments shows level of healthiness in the persons. After the data derivation (data resulting from experiments and consistent with specified purpose) and according to the parameters under consideration, differences
