Abstract: This research paper aims to examine the commercial microfinance companies after licensing to three companies to provide financial services according to the law no: 141 -2014 released by Egyptian financial supervisory authority (EFSA), using data collection from website and interview, comparing three companies' data with the Alexandria business association, the study shows that companies provide services to existing enterprises with higher rate than the companies' data with the Alexandria, gender diversification play great role in providing loan, difference in micro enterprise definition. in addition , companies' data with the Alexandria business association provides more program than the three companies and other services to communities. Introduction: Robinson (2001) defines microfinance is the small scale financial services primarily credit and saving provided to people who farm or fish, operate small enterprises or micro enterprises where goods are produced, recycled, repaired or sold. Marakkath (2014) Microfinance is a collection of institutions and financial instruments provided financial services to the poor in order to protect support and promote business activity and reduce poverty. They are many types of microfinance institutions such as, credit union, non-governmental organization, private firm and banks. According to Helm ore (2009), micro finance institutions divided into 5 categories: micro finance bank, which are governed by the same regulations as commercial banks, rural and community banks, cooperative network, nongovernmental organizations which are engaged especially in the credit activity and non banking financial institution that are no registered as commercial banks.
