BASASTRA Jurnal Penelitian Bahasa, Sastra Indonesia dan Pengajarannya Volume 3 Nomor 2, April 2015, ISSN I2302-6405 1 IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 PADA PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS TEKS NEGOSIASI PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA Pitri Lestari, Sarwiji Suwandi, Sri Hastuti Universitas Sebelas Maret E-mail: pipitlestari71@yahoo.com Abstract: This research aims at describing the perceptions of teachers regarding Kurikulum 2013 on learning Indonesian also describes the planning, implementation, obstacles encountered, and measures taken in learning within the appropriate writing negotiating text in Kurikulum 2013 in class X MIA 2 SMA N 1 Karanganyar. This is a qualitative descriptive research. This research uses a case study approach with a single strategy fixed. The results of this research are as follows. Firstly, Indonesian teacher in SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar have a positive perception/well of learning Indonesian in Kurikulum 2013. Secondly, the planning of learning in the form of RPP are in accordance with the Kurikulum 2013. The negotiations have been learning to write text in accordance with the RPP but there is a mismatch with the learning plan in the aspect of time allocation. Assessment is carried teacher assessment process and assessment results. Thirdly, constraints arising from the terms of the teacher: the material is still lacking; difficulty in adjusting the allocation of time, build students' understanding of the negotiating text. In terms of students: difficulty ideas, difficulties students in aspects of word choice (diction). Fourthly,The efforts of teachers to overcome problems: find references teaching materials from various sources; set time learning as much as possible; provide an understanding and explanation to the student until the student has a thorough understanding of the negotiating text. In terms of students: ask the teacher; read the book; seek references from the Internet; read many examples of the negotiating text; and practice making the negotiating text. Keywords: learning, negotiation, perception, Kurikulum 2013 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru mengenai pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dalam Kurikulum 2013 dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi, dan upaya-upaya yang ditempuh dalam pembelajaran menulis teks negosiasi sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan strategi tunggal terpancang. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Pertama, guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar memiliki persepsi yang positif/baik mengenai pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dalam Kurikulum 2013. Kedua, perencanaan pembelajaran berupa RPP sudah sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis teks negosiasi sudah sesuai dengan RPP, tetapi terdapat ketidaksesuaian dengan RPP dalam aspek alokasi waktu. Penilaian yang dilakukan guru adalah penilaian proses dan penilaian hasil. Ketiga, kendala yang timbul dari segi guru: materi masih kurang; kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan alokasi waktu, membangun pemahaman siswa mengenai teks negosiasi. Dari segi siswa:
