In the present study, an effort has been made to study the industrial relations practices, employee satisfaction levels and organizational culture in manufacturing companies of Bhutan. Findings of the study have shown very positive in terms of having a positive unidirectional relationship between Industrial Relations and Employee Satisfaction and Industrial Relations and Organization Culture in manufacturing industries in Bhutan. At the same time level of satisfaction among the employees was also high and organizational culture impact was reflecting in their involvement and consistency in performance. Introduction Industrial relations(IR)can be viewed or seen as the personification of the liaison between the employers and the employees and employee to employee as influenced and regulated by work place regulations within the frame work of legislation. A positive IR is likely to ensure high level of employee’s job satisfaction, loyalty, and good organizational citizenship and promote positive organizational culture. Therefore positive and supportive industrial relations would promote correct application of workplace regulation which in turn encourages employee’s perception of submission thereof. But at the same time Organizational Culture is influenced by work related practices framed by the industrial society wherein employees also represent as important stakeholder or partner. In the present study, a detail stock and appraisal of industrial relation (IR) practices in manufacturing industries in Bhutan has been made so as to assess its impact on organizational culture and employee satisfaction level. Significance of Research Bhutan is a country where globalization and multinational company environment of high stress organizational diversity challenges, challenges of high competition, work place conflict, and uncertainty of work place environment is still not there.
