Analysis of the actual material shows that advertising texts of the researched period containing basic structural elements and stylistic means inherent to the modern advertising as well . However there are a number of differential features: expressive personalized text style (reference to recipients on behalf of a specific advertiser, assuranМОs oП tСО aНvОrtТsОr’s СonОst rОputatТon anН oП tСО СТРС quaХТtв oП oППОrОН products and services; appeal to the national patriotic feelings); availability of encyclopaedic information on technical innovations, instructional recommendations; indication of the means of feedback (mail, telegraph, railway station, specific addresses of offices and shops).
