The sample is 10 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, using purposive sampling. The technique of analysis used is panel data regression (pooled regression). The results showed that the selected model is the fixed effect. Simultaneously NPM, CR, and Firm Size have a significant effect on capital structure. Partially NPM has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. CR partially have a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Partially Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Variables that have a significant effect on capital structure are NPM and Firm Size. While CR does not significantly affect the capital structure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dan parsial profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Sampel penelitian adalah 10 perusahaan manufaktur sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016, menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel (pooled regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dipilih adalah fixed effect. Secar a si mul t an NPM, CR, dan Firm Size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Secara parsial NPM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Secara parsial CR berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Secar a parsial Firm Si ze berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal adalah NPM dan Firm Size. Sedangkan CR t i dak berngaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal.
