ABSTRACT
Most of the Construction Projects were initiated on proposed date and even on
time executed as per plan but over a certain period of time particularly above 70%
completed stage the construction projected were accelerated and executed in rash in
order to complete it to avoid time over run. During the acceleration of projects the
construction of projects is subjected to application of surplus amount of resources due
to this the projects completed on time. In this research work analyzing the project
acceleration (Fast tracking) of construction projects along with its impact produced
on quality, profits, wastage of resource etc. and techniques for making profitable
returns along with quality maintenance. Profit and quality are the two basic criteria’s
in construction industry between the contractors and clients. Mostly these factors need
to be balanced properly by construction industries for the continuous growth of
organization by proper analyzing and implementation of systematic acceleration
technique the projects can be completed optimized along with profit margin and
quality.
Key words: Fast tracking, Construction acceleration, Crashing techniques,
Construction delay, Constructional software application, Optimization of construction
delays.

1. INTRODUCTION
Project acceleration along with time, on completion stage is found to be common in most of
the construction industries 15% of construction industries handles the acceleration in optimal
output and remaining construction industries experience wastage. It requires techniques of
