This study aims to measure the performance of a cable TV company in 2016 by using the Balanced Scorecard method. There are three (3) objectives sought: Key Performance Indicator (KPI) identification, assigning weight to each KPI and measuring the performance of all KPIs. The CIPP model is used to complete this study with the Input study in the form of corporate statement, corporate strategy and target and realization of each KPI. Interview method used to determine KPI then continued by filling questionnaire Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in weighting KPI. The calculation of the performance of each KPI is done by comparing the targets and realization. KPI weighting is sourced from one (1) owner, while for performance measurement in each perspective is obtained from four (4) managers: Finance Manager, Marketing Manager (Customer), Operational Manager (Internal Business Process), and Manager Human Resources (Learning & Growth). Of the 32 strategies employed by the company, only 16 were selected by the company owners as KPIs. The weighting result of each perspective was found in the perspective of the customer having the highest score of 0.5477 followed by Learning & Growth perspective of 0.2558, internal business process perspective of 0.1448 and financial perspective 0.0517. The calculation result of total KPI score was found to be 0.5017, which is low. Suggestions given to companies to increase advertising agency in the field of media and the realization of internet services so that internal business process perspective performance becomes positive. This company is engaged in the distribution of national and international television broadcasts. Distribution system using a network cable that was held at head end location Nearby PT BCV, because using a wired network so that people are more familiar with the name of Cable TV (BCV 2009). Located in one of the business center in the city of Batam, a cable TV company establishment is intended to meet the wishes of the people who want to get useful information quickly and at an affordable price. In addition to the cable TV is intended to add vibrant entertainment business through glass media, because so far the public only recognize free to air broadcasts that can be enjoyed for free but free-to-air channels (FTA) is only broadcasting local broadcasts and outside broadcasts are not so interesting whereas if installing cable TV community can enjoy broadcasts with image quality equivalent to the quality of Digital Versatile Disc (DVD). (BCV, 2009) Nowadays, broadcasting services in the form of subscription television are increasingly popular and in demand by some people in Indonesia. This is evident with subscriber growth rate of subscription subscribers in Indonesia which is quite high compared to subscribers' growth of subscription television in Southeast Asia level. The data shows that the number of subscribers in subscription television in Indonesia is around 900 thousand and this figure is only about 9% of the total potential of subscribed television market in Indonesia (S & Broto, 2009). But in 2016, cable TV services decreased due to the continued development of the technology and network, it is proved from the more meninggkatnya users Gadget or smartphone who prefer watching movies like through media trimming YouTube using wireless fidelity (WIFI) than watching television and with the development of technology of many large
