Those aims will be analyzed by using quantitative descriptive research method. The population of quantitative research is determined by sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique is used to determine the sample, as many as 100 contraceptive acceptors in East Java participated in this research. Contraception indeed contributes to the increase of people’s health quality. More ideal the number of children in a family, more attention is given to children education. The education level of family will be improved if the number of children in a family is ideal compared to the family with many children. Contraception program also contributes to the increase of people economic quality. More ideal the number of children in a family, more attention is given to the economic condition of a family. The economic level of family with ideal number of children will reduce the level of daily need and support more the family need. Keywords: ideal number of children, health facility, education facility, economic quality Pendahuluan Penduduk merupakan modal utama dan faktor dominan dalam proses pembangunan suatu bangsa. Suatu perkembangan penduduk tanpa dibarengi dengan pengembangan/peningkatan kualitas penduduk suatu bangsa, maka bisa dipastikan bahwa pertumbuhan pembangunan yang ideal pun akan menjadi suatu kondisi yang tidak mudah untuk dicapai.
