The method of research used survey method. Observation of the pattern of relationships between types of anemones with clown fish (Amphiprioninae) using purposive sampling method with the number 64 in all two sample point sampling area of research. Analysis of the pattern of relationships between types of anemones with clown fish (Amphiprioninae) conducted by Lamda Cramer correlation method, coefficient of contingency or Phi and Bivariate Correlation Analysis. The observation of the pattern of relationships between types of anemones with clown fish (Amphiprioninae) in the waters of Pucung Island Region 7 found a pattern of relationships which are Heteractis crispa with Amphiprion ocellaris, Heteractis crispa with Amphiprion percula, Heteractis magnifica with Amphiprion ocellaris, Heteractis magnifica with Amphiprion percula, Heteractis magnifica with Amphiprion sandaracinos, Cryptodendrum adhaesivum with Amphiprion clarkii, dan Entacmaea quadricolor with Amphiprion frenatus. Results of numerical analysis is 0,84059 and the results of the graph shows a regular pattern along a straight line, which means to have a very strong relationship or have a real relationship between types of anemones with clown fish (Amphiprioninae). Meaning any type of clown fish (Amphiprioninae) be able only in symbiosis with certain anemone species. Key words : Anemone, Clown fish (Amphiprioninae), Pattern Relations, Symbiosis, Regional Water District of Pucung Island, Bintan Regency
