It aims to develop arts professionals, willing to influence directly in today's world and being able to do it at the speed of new technologies and scientific and methodological advances. This project was created by a multidisciplinary group of art Professors, through a type of participative and complex planning process, which provided the necessary basis for developing a proposal with a current conception which helps us to assess in an interconnected way the present phenomena in the complexity of today's world, supported by disciplinary syncretism whose knowledge enhances the understanding of the human, through individual, subjective and collective art expressions. The Master in Arts becomes interdisciplinary from the moment it’s generated, because it relates points of contact between the different artistic areas that are involved in the project. But to achieve true transdisciplinarity becomes necessary to make connections between these artistic areas and formalize agreements between different fields of knowledge and arts, to improve the openness between them and to create bridges between these disciplines that are not normally communicated. A transdisciplinary proposal requires the joint action of different types of knowledge while offering the possibility of reaching a new vision of reality. This project emphasizes research, creation, management and education not only as terminal options but also as part of the formative processes that allow us to investigate the cultural reality of our social context in order to generate viable, feasible and transcendent proposals of artistic- cultural and local, national and international projection based on inter and transdisciplinarity. Keywords: complex organizational planning, participative planning, cultural and artistic change.
