THE ABILITY TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF THE COAT OF ARMS WITH THE USE OF THE MEDIA THE DICE NUMBERS IN KINDERGARTEN (KINDERGARTEN) COUNTRY MEADOW II By Deri Wan Minto State of Padang Indonesian ABSTRACT Research on the kanak-kanak (TK) Country Meadow II effected by the lack of the ability to know the child in the arms of numbers. Of the 16 children there are 5 children write numbers but still overturned. The ability to know the child in the arms of the number is not yet optimal. When child wrote the number 3, the child still mistakenly write numbers like a bird so the number 3 tengkurap. Write the number 7 there is still an upside, and number 5 is like the letter s, and number 2 taper like a duck. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to prove whether the use of the media the dice numbers affect the ability to know the symbol number 1-10 in children. This research using quantitative research approach by using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this research is the kindergarten (TK) Country II the field numbering 16 children. Using data collection techniques of observation and documentation. Based on the results of research on average before the given treatment is 11.3, while the average assessment of results after the given treatment is 19.5. in events learning symbol numbers against the capabilities of the mengebal coat of arms.
