Unlike other creatures, humanbeings use their language capabilities to communicate each other and express themselves. Speech is the most important requirement for humanbeings to maintain communication with their surroundings. Speaking with combining vowels and syllables via voice organs is subject of articulation which is a subtitle of voice trainig. As a part of Anatolian folk culture, tongue twisters, consist of harmonic and rhythmic voice reduplications and repetitions, are one of the cornerstones of the cultural heritage in the individual and community music education process. Tongue twister is a unique antity of music education that enlarges the cultural heritage and passes it from generation to generation. This study aimed to identify important tongue twisters for articulation. Using tongue twisters in voice traninig which is an aspect of music education is important because of its impact on articulation. This is a descriptive study and data were collected using literatüre screening. The data were reached from the books used in primary education, pre-school music education and voice training, and internet resources in this research. The obtained data were categorized according to the steps contributing to the voice training. KeyWords: Voice training, tongue twister, articulation, music.
