GROWING ENTUSIASM OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP OF STUDENT THROUGH TRUE STORY OF SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS Nur Aini Anisa Economics Education of State University of Surabaya anissa14ainie@gmail.com ABSTRACT Fostering the entrepreneurial spirit/enthusiasm in students is not easy. There are many obstacles constraints in the face to start or maintain a business carried on. One of how to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship to students is through success entrepreneurship stories. The process of early stage is the provision of stimulus or stimuli in the form of success entrepreneurs story both indirectly (through the medium of learning) as well as direct (Bring a successful entrepreneur if needed). With the story of success entrepreneurial exemplified based on the experiences made by successful entrepreneurs to pursue reputation is important, grow from zero, the concentration of the controlled business, anti- crowd and just capital as a complement. This will foster the entrepreneurial spirit of students with their motivation or teaching the stages of being an entrepreneur of a successful entrepreneur as well as a transfer process of experience in entrepreneurship or self-internalization process to students. There is no limitation for being an entrepreneur, then a student is able to be an entrepreneur. The students or the future generation is the target of government to be able to improve the economy of Indonesia. Various attempts have been made by the government to changing the mindset of entrepreneurship for young people one of which is the enactment the new curriculum which in the curriculum are additional subjects which entrepreneurship. These subjects’ ifs for all educator both at school and the university. Entrepreneurship (Entrepreneur) or self-employment is the process of identify, develop, and bring the vision in life. The vision may be an innovative idea, opportunities, and a better way to run something. The end result of this process is the creation of new businesses were formed under conditions of risk or uncertainty. Student is opportunity to do business or entrepreneurship. Therefore to cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurs student need the figure to build the spirit of the students. Capabilities of each student is different. This makes the challenge for the teachers to be able to give a mindset of entrepreneurship as a way of beginning to appear entrepreneur spirit. To change the thinking of these students need strategies which can motivate students in the spirit of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial spirit is a must be had in starting a business or retain business. Not an easy thing to motivate so that the onset of encouragement for all students. There are several ways to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship to students, one of those is to success entrepreneur stories. It is considered effective enough to grow the spirit of the students. The spirit of entrepreneurship is a solution as well as a value (value) that need to be added to the company's complementary skills. Opportunity, creativity, and innovation is the way to get to a bridge triumph of the entrepreneurial spirit instilled in order to be ready to face competition in the business world. With this success story is this entrepreneur can be a motivation for students for business continuity that live or maintain their business.
