1 EXPERIENCED LESSON OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FROM THE EAST ASIA COUNTRIES FOR VIETNAM  Ho Cao Viet Van Hien University ABSTRACT The growth of Vietnam economic since past decades has been recognized as a symbol and miracle in Asia. His growth rate of GDP was 6.5 percent yearly in average in 2 previous decades. The successfulness is due to Vietnam has followed a remarkable patterns, unlike other developing countries or region in the world. However, in the beginning of this decade, Vietnam has dealing with many problems in his economic process. How to keep continue growth in near future is a big question not only posed by Vietnamese policymakers but also to Vietnamese government. This paper would figure out the essence of what happened in Vietnam development process as Vietnamese sees it. The author also would present the models of what the East Asia countries has applied on and its successful lesson may an answer for Vietnamese model in the near future. The paper will review the secondary information of previous valuable studies of scientists around the world in order to learn the successful models of economic development of both developing and developed countries, then propose how and when to apply in Vietnam context.
