ABSTRACT: The aim of this article is to reflect about the discourse and the social bond under the perspective of the psychoanalytic theory. For so doing the ideas of jouissance, structure and language will contribute to reflect on the topics. The psychoanalytic experience goes through a discourse structure,i.e., the way through which the individual unconscious intertwines with the social bond. In this perception, the discourse as a machine builds up to deal with the real out of which emerges the subject upon whom psychoanalysis operates. Through the unfurling of the theory of discourses, we will reach the issue of transmitting and teaching, through the path of transfer of work. KEYWORDS: Jouissance. Discourse. Language. Ainsi, nous avons recours aux notions de jouissance, de structure e du langage afin d’edžaŵiŶeƌ Đette thĠŵatiƋue. DaŶs Đette peƌspeĐtive, le disĐouƌs Đoŵŵe ŵaĐhiŶe s’appaƌeille pouƌ tƌaiteƌ le ƌĠel d’où émerge le sujet sur lequel opère la psychanalyse. À travers le développement de la théorie des discours nous aboutirons à la question de la transmission et de l’eŶseigŶeŵeŶt paƌ le ďiais du transfert de travail. MOTS-CLÉS: Jouissance. Discours. Langage. RESUMEN : En este artículo se trata de reflexionar sobre el discurso y el lazo social a partir de la teoría psicoanalítica. Para ello, la noción de goce, de estructura y de lenguaje contribuirán para reflexionar sobre esta temática. La experiencia psicoanalítica pasa por una estructura discursiva, o sea, la manera por la cual el inconsciente singular de cada sujeto atraviesa el lazo social. En esta concepción, el discurso como máquina se prepara para tratar lo real de donde surge el sujeto sobre el cual opera el Psicoanálisis. A través del desarrollo de la teoría de los discursos, llegaremos a la cuestión de la transmisión y de la enseñanza, por vía de la transferencia del trabajo. PALABRAS CHAVE: Gozo. Discurso. Linguaje. RESUMO: Este artigo reflete acerca do discurso e do laço social à luz da teoria psicanalítica. Para isto, a noção de gozo, de estrutura e de linguagem contribuirá para refletir sobre essa temática. A experiência psicanalítica passa por uma estrutura de discurso, ou seja, a maneira pela qual o inconsciente singular de cada sujeito perpassa o laço social.
