Como veremos en nuestro re- corrido, el hombre del Renacimiento conforma una nueva poética y una nueva paideia, que hunde sus raíces en la Antigüedad clásica con nuevos valores basados en ella, pero no imitándola sino trascen- diéndola, desarrollando nuevos estilos artísticos y nuevos valores basados en el estudio de las fuentes y restos materiales del pasado clásico. Abstract With the advent of Humanism there is a radical change in taste, the cultivation of beauty and the conception of the arts in relation to the previous era. As we will see in our tour the man of the Re- naissance forms a new poetic and a new paideia, which sinks its roots in classical antiquity with new values based on it, but not imitating but transcending it, developing new artistic styles and new values based on the study Of the sources and material remains of the classical past.
