It also happens in Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand which is information, communication and technology (ICT) adopted by government. To implement E- Government successfully, government take serious respond to develop their ICT system in order to achieve good governance and spread it into both national and local government level. With large various different type of e-government applications utilization from several countries in Southeast Asian, this paper try to examine several things instead of applications of e- government itself such as government strategy, future development and challenges. As a part of that, 2016 is era of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which is every single country in ASEAN should cooperate together to face global competitive arena. Thus, this comparative e- government services supposed touch whether economic, social and culture, politics and government circumstances. It is not just about one country in ASEAN being success in term of implementation but how it could be ―Domino Effect‖ to others as a big dream of connectivity. Following Medium- Size Countries such Burma, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. While small-size countries namely Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos and Micro States Brunei and Timor-Leste (Hirschman & Bonaparte, 2012).
