Abstract
The condition of sexual harassment among students of Vocational High Schools is still relatively high.
One of the factors that lead to sexual harassment of students is high is the lack of religiosity on the
students themselves. Religiosity can be improved through information services provided by counselors
in schools by using appropriate media and materials to prevent sexual harassment of students. The
research method is development research using ADDIE model (analyze, design, development,
implementation, evaluation). Subjects in this study were six experts who validated the service
guidelines related to the material and display of service guides, and three counselors to test the use of
service guidelines. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with a
statistical test of Kendall coefficient (W). The results showed that: (1) information service guidelines to
improve religiosity in preventing sexual harassment of students were materially feasible and highly
feasible by displaying (2) the level of use of information service guides to improve religiosity in
preventing sexual abuse of students was in the very high category.

Introduction
Sexual harassment starts at school, many types of sexual abuse occur from nonverbal
acts, verbal abuse, to sexual harassment (Pakasi & Kartikawati, 2013; Kirnandita, 2017). One
of the factors that cause sexual harassment is the lack of religiosity in individuals, religiosity
plays an important role in preventing student sexual abuse. where students who have good
religiosity also tend to be able to display sexual behaviors that are in line with the values they
believe in and seek satisfaction from productive behavior (Utami, 2015).
Based on the phenomenon found in the field, the number of sexual harassment in
Indonesia continues to increase (Hasan, 2017; Hendrian, 2016). Sexual abuse cases in West
Sumatra Province are ranked 15th out of 34 provinces in Indonesia. The people of West
Sumatra Province, famous for the slogan "Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah".
Therefore, this case of sexual abuse needs attention (Haluan, 2016; Syahniar, Nirwana &
Firman, 2017).
