Naszym Zonom Mał gorzatom Abstract All professions affect on physical or mental characteristics on persons, who are joined to these professions. Also new and imporlant profession: computer programming is correlated with special psychological features which, are typical for the people, who performs these tasks. The study of programmers psychology is very important, because such small group of people forms not only products used next by almost everybody. Results of programmers work will establish who- le digital environment, in which future society, called no accidentally information society, will be totally immersed. lt is easy to point out some special properties of psychology of programmers. First is special way of thinking characteristic for the people, who must made new computer systems. Such way of thinking is very precise and based on algorith- mic a pp.roach. Algorithms are very special kind of the activity description with special regulations and strong limitation.
