People who are get involved in organization have different potency, creativity,competent, and also character. Eventhough they are different, they agree to reach the same vision.They desire to make good organization. Good organization is not always about profit that could be made or how dominant this organization. It is about value which was embedded. Value can result relations, specialization in every person, vision that is reached, and many more. Value was arranged in principles. Many thinker in management design good principles for their organization and company.All principles was designed , but ten important points which are generally good to be used in organization. This journal represent good principles and specimen from every principles. These principles focus on how to be good organization in long-term and also can effect all aspects in organization. These aspects are about relations between leaders and employees, effectiveness and efficiency on working, flow of communication, etc. If these principles was embendded and obtained by every person in organization, people will see outcome for a long time.
