Seidildayeva Academy of Civil Aviation, Zakarpatskaya St 44, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan ABSTRACT The article describes to the development of multifunctional sensors for control systems and monitoring (CS&M) of various objects. The classification of sensors is given according to physical principles of conversion. With regard to features of the CS&M are defined the requirements for the composition and main technical characteristics of sensors of physical quantities (SPQ). The main physical effects are presented used in multifunctional SPQ. It is shown that microelectronic sensors (MES) are the most optimal for use in CS&M. This is due to their availability and reasonable prices, low power consumption, small size, standard electrical output signal (current, voltage, frequency, digital code). The results of the development of multifunctional CS&M are presented by in the form of experimental samples of sensitive elements, measuring modules and the MES themselves manufactured using the technology of micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS). In particular, there are designs and devices for combined pressure and temperature sensors, which can be widely used, not only in CS&M, but also in DHU (Department of Housing and Utilities), gas and oil industries, and so on.
