ASPECTS OF THE PHILOSOPHY OF SLAVOJ ŽIŽEK FABIANO VELIQ  PONTIFÍCIA UNIVERSIDADE CATÓLICA DE MINAS GERAIS, BRASIL Resumo: O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a obra O absoluto frágil do filósofo esloveno Slavoj Žižek e mostrar que a partir da crítica à religião cristã evidenciada nesta obra é possível entender alguns aspectos interessantes da proposta de Žižek para a contemporaneidade. A crítica que ele faz à religião cristã se mostra interessante, pois tal crítica não visa eliminar a proposta cristã, mas evidenciar que o cristianismo rompe com uma lógica de mundo visto como “todo” e insere nele uma nova lógica que seria aberta, “não- toda” e neste sentido o cristianismo como religião ateia abre a possibilidade para pensar o mundo a partir de uma nova ontologia que seria matemática e quântica. Esta proposta de Žižek se mostra profícua para pensar uma nova forma de pensar o debate acerca da religião do ponto de vista interdisciplinar, por trazer para o diálogo campos bastante diferentes como a física quântica, a filosofia e a teologia. Abstract: The present article aims to analyze the work The fragile absolute of the Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek and show that from the critique of the Christian religion evidenced in this work it is possible to understand some interesting aspects of Žižek's proposal for contemporaneity. The criticism he makes of the Christian religion is interesting, since such a criticism does not seek to eliminate the Christian proposal, but to show that Christianity breaks with a logic of the world seen as "all" and inserts in it a new logic that would be open, "not-All" and in this sense Christianity as an atheistic religion opens the possibility to think the world from a new ontology that would be mathematical and quantic. This proposal of Žižek proves fruitful to think a new way of thinking the debate about religion from the interdisciplinary point of view, by bringing to the dialogue quite different fields as quantum physics, philosophy and theology.
