MULTIMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES USE IN FUTURE

ABSTRACT
The article reveals the importance and efficiency of multimedia technologies
using in future specialists in services training. The examples of the necessity
of multimedia technologies using in the educational process are given. The
experiment to diagnose the effectiveness of multimedia technologies using in
the personnel training in service sphere was conducted. The advantages and
disadvantages of multimedia technologies using in the educational process
are determined. The educational process effectiveness of the professional
training of future specialists in service sphere is achieved by the multimedia
educational technologies introduction is proved. The perspective of further
research is aimed at authoring, the priority of which is search, determination
and implementation of new innovative educational technologies in the
training process of future specialists in the sphere of tourism.

Introduction. Formulation of the problem. The modern European educational environment requires
constant movement, renewal, and innovative technologies use. Due to the educational technologies
development and educational process computerization, "learning technology" is the system of tools, methods
of organization and management of the educational process, which includes the entire process of setting goals,
learning content updating, testing of alternative strategies and learning materials.
The search for innovative learning technologies in modern pedagogical process is the reason
to change the outdated technical training means to the modern multimedia technologies. Multimedia
technologies are one of the most rapidly developing trends of innovative information technologies
used in the educational environment.
Recent research and publications’ analysis. In the scientific and technical literature the problem of
multimedia technologies using is represented by a wide range of scientific researches: the technological aspect
of the definition of multimedia in education (Pinchuk, 2007); multimedia technologies using in professional
training of future specialists (Bykov, 2009; Kartashova, 2008); multimedia technologies as a learning mean
and a tool for pedagogical software tools development (Maslyuk, 2009; Smirnova-Trybulskaya, 2008). A
number of dissertations are devoted to the development of methodological principles of designing,
multimedia educational software and systems for pupils and students developing and using (Gurzhiy, 2003;
Salivon, 2005), to multimedia technologies use and their didactic potential (Kyrmair, 1994; Mashbits, 1986).
The subject of the study is questions of designing peculiarities of multimedia learning presentations in the
educational process (Mokroguz, 2012).
