No.2, Juli 2017 E-ISSN : 2579-7077 86 PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PEMBERIAN TABLET ZAT BESI (Fe) PADA IBU HAMIL Winda Septiani Prodi Magister IKMSTIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru Jalan Mustafa Sari No.05 Tangkerang Selatan, Pekanbaru Riau magisterwinda@gmail.com ABSTRAK Program suplementasi Fe di Indonesia telah berlangsung hampir 20 tahun lamanya. Berdasarkan Riskesdas tahun 2013 diketahui bahwa prevalensi anemia sebesar 37,1%. Berdasarkan laporan PWS KIA Puskesmas Tambang pada Tahun 2015 didapatkan dari 1.755 ibu hamil yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tambang didapatkan kunjungan Fe 1 berjumlah 105 dan Fe 3 berjumlah 113 dengan jumlah cakupan 12,42%. Data Dinkes Kabupaten Kampar cakupan pemberian Fe di wilayah kerja puskesmas Tambang yaitu 12,42% yang masih jauh dari target nasional yaitu 95%. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, dengan analisa deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 11 orang. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa Petugas Kesehatan belum melakukan penyuluhan dengan optimal karena sebagian petugas memberikan penyuluhan tanpa menggunakan alat bantu atau lembar leaflet. Petugas kesehatan belum mendata dengan baik dalam hal pencatatan dan pelaporan konsumsi Fe, kurangnya pemantauan petugas kesehatan tentang berjalannya program pemberian Fe ini sehingga masih sedikit ibu hamil yang menerima dan mengkonsumsi Fe, sarana dan prasarana di puskesmas belum memadai dan belum optimal dari tempat penyimpanan obat Fe nya di simpan bukan dalam lemari obat tetapi hanya dalam kotak kecil yang di selipkan di bawah meja. Kesimpulan Petugas kesehatan di puskesmas Tambang belum sepenuhnya berperan dalam berjalannya program Gizi tentang Fe, Sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan program pemberian Fe seperti tempat penyimpanan obat belum optimal. Saran diharapkan agar petugas kesehtan bisa merencanaan kebutuhan Fe sesuai dengan jumlah sasaran dan distribusinya ke Puskesmas, sehingga Fe setiap saat ada dan mencukupi hingga trimester 3. Iron tablet supplementation program in Indonesia has lasted almost 20 years, but based on the results of 2013 Riskesdas known that the prevalence of anemia was 37.1%. Health workers assess pregnant women who receive iron tablet but for drinking iron tablet health workers will not record properly it is not optimal for recording and reporting the problem to his or her health officer. And the lack of monitoring or evaluation of the health workers of the program's administration Fe tablet so it's still a bit of pregnant women receiving and consuming Fe tablet. facilities and infrastructure in health centers has not been adequate and not optimal from the drug hold its stored iron tablet is not in the medicine cabinet, but only in a small box in tuck under the table. Conclusion The Mine Health workers in health centers has not fully play a role in the passage of the tablet Fe nutrition programs, facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of the program providing iron tablet as drug storage areas is not optimal. Recommendations are expected in order to plan for an officer kesehtan tablet needs in accordance with the target number and distribution to health centers, so that the iron tablet every moment there and sufficient until the third trimester.
