During 30 years for the renewal of the country, Vietnamese entrepreneurs are always at the forefront of nuclear, greatly contributing to the cause of industrialization of the country. Economic integration requires businesses to improve speed for competitive capacity. Therefore, the international links through the private sector not only help enterprises proactively innovate choose appropriate technologies to increase labor productivity and product quality, but also contribute to promoting Vietnam trade development and rapid integration into the world economic. Since 1986 up to now, the private enterprises in Vietnam have made significant contributions to the development of the country. They have made the changes and brought business efficiency for Vietnams economy and more companies became big brands in Vietnam market such as the company Phu Nhuan Jewely, Kinh Do company, Minh Long Ceramics, etc.. Introduction In the economic model operating under the laws of the market, the private sector that represented by private businesses is a major component and important. It will create the vitality of the economy of a country. In Vietnam, after a long time implementing economic model consists of two key components that are the state economy and the collective economy, already aware of the need to diversity the economic sectors to create a new force for the economy, also means that Vietnam wants economic growth fast and stronger; it needs to change institutions, put Vietnam economy into the market economy. At the same time, Vietnam Government must have programs that support the small private enterprises and medium private enterprises, to promote the development. In recent times, the role and capacity of the private sector are also focused and more advanced. In FAST500 Ranking (Top 500 fastest growing companies of Vietnam) by Vietnam Report published recently showed that the number of private enterprises continued rapidly growing overwhelming production than the State ! owned companies and FDI Business (72% versus 34.1% and 28% of the FDI sector. The annual growth rate double the average (CAGR) of the private enterprises group is also the highest level of 35.7%. 131
