Introduction Due to the globalization and the intense competition, the necessity of increasing the satisfaction of members toward the organization increases. This satisfaction can be called as ‘organizational satisfaction’ and it is guessable that active communication activities between members may have positive effect on organizational satisfaction of members. However, unfortunately, there was little case of prior studies that verified the relationship between these factors. In this study, we focused on verifying the relationship between the communication activities and organizational satisfaction. We collected the survey data from the workers working for the specific company. For constructing the research model, we first identified some key factors related to the communication activities and the trust. Park Won-woo and Ryu Seung-min (2005) One of the leading factors of trust was the time factor between the trust entity and the object [1]. The relationship factors they claimed include relationship formation period, frequency of interaction, interdependence, etc. The core of this relationship process will be communicated [2]. The leader's communication style increases trust in the leader of the subordinates [3]. 2. Materials and Methods 2.1. Communication activities
