Haagsma Abstract/Résumé The archaeological fieldwork conducted in Greece in 2016 under the aegis of the Canadian Institute in Greece is summarized here based on the presentation given by the Director at the Institute’s annual Open Meeting in Athens, in May, 2017. Fieldwork in 2016 For the fifteenth consecutive year, the Director has benefited from the opportunity to present a condensed version of the Institute’s annual Open Meeting report so that the archaeological fieldwork conducted under the Institute’s auspices in 2016 can be made available especially for Canadian readers. The Institute’s research activities (see Figure 1) included three cooperative excavations (ancient Eleon in Eastern Boeotia, ancient Argilos in Macedonia, and Stelida on Naxos), one independent intensive survey (the Western Argolid Regional Project in the Argolid), and a formal study season (Kastro Kallithea in Thessaly). ${protocol}://www.utpjournals.press/doi/pdf/10.3138/mous.16.2.004 - David Rupp <jtomlinson@cig-icg.gr> - Wednesday, September 04, 2019 4:27:20 AM - IP Address:193.92.254.219
