To determine the progress of a company is determined based on quality resources. The selection process is usually done only by looking at psycho test results, interviews and computer skills and this makes it difficult for decision makers to select the best candidates from some applicants. Therefore a decision support system is needed to help the selection of hiring new employees. Actually decision making efficiently and effectively is not easy, so experts are beginning to develop methods that can facilitate decision-making and improve accuracy. Using the Method Evaluation Process (MFEP) method was chosen because the MEFP method gives subjective and objective consideration to the factors that are considered important. INTRODUCTION Human resources are important assets of enterprises, and competition in the enterprise has become a competition for talent. Most enterprise managers are hoping to find appropriate candidates. It means that employee recruitment has become one of the most important and indispensable activities. However, it is a very expensive activity which requires a large number of cost and time. Enterprises’ demand should not be considered unilaterally as well as candidates’ individual needs and expectations should also be taken into account in order to avoid recruiting unsuitable personnel and low effectiveness. Therefore, how to design the approach becomes a prerequisite for a company to recruit qualified and suitable employees [1]. In this fast-changing world, there are also fast-changing industrial and market side. As the great growth of industrial side, many company are seeking for more and more employee. Not only an ordinary and less-skilled employee, but well trained and fit best at their position at industry. Human resource development in an industry, also create more strict selection to ensure the best human resource for their company. Many efforts and money rolled out to feed those manual system on recruiting a new employee with that method. A good employee recruiting strategy is the best way to avoid having recruiting turn into a time-draining, money-sucking activity. We have all run an ad and been inundated with unqualified people who eat up time and resources[2]. Each institution Institutions also have different criteria in the selection of hiring.
