So that, the effect of physiological activity of synthesized salt and 0.001-0.0001% solutions of complex compounds on the seeds of tobacco plants was investigated in a Petri dish under laboratory conditions and the results of the study of their physiological effects on the seeds were presented. It was found that, the solutions of isobutylamine complex compounds of synthesized natural petroleum acids compared to control variant of the seeds and sodium, potassium, monoethanolamine, dietanolamine, triethanolamine, isopropylamine complex compounds of other natural petroleum acids have provided a higher germination percentage than that of complex compounds. The results of research on the effects of the solutions on the root and trunk systems of plants have shown that they have a stimulating effect on plants. The physical and chemical properties of the synthesized compounds were investigated. IR spectrum of isobutylamine complex compound of natural petroleum acids is drawn, it was determined that NPA's inherent 1702, 935 cm -1 cm field lose the absorption strips and new absorption lines are formed in the areas 2597, 2687, 1535, 1627 cm -1 . This also indicates the formation of ammonium complex Keywords: tobacco, plant growth regulators, salt and complex compounds of organic acids Introduction Last years, the use of growth regulators - stimulators has increased in the development of plant activities [1]. Plant stimulants are very important component of plant growth, so that, they are organic compounds that affect the metabolism of plants [2]. Plant growth regulators increase the resistance of plants to biotic and abiotic stresses and also activate growth and morphogenetic processes [3,4]. An important task of modern plant production is to increase the productivity of products, along with the acquisition of ecologically clean and high quality tobacco products. Therefore, it is the cultivation of tobacco plants, which are used as agrotechnological methods in agriculture, using natural and synthetic growth regulators [5-8].
