204 DijitalleĢmenin Muhasebe Eğitimine Etkileri: Muhasebe Meslek Mensupları Üzerine Bir AraĢtırma Ersin KURNAZ * Ġsmail TEKBAġ ** Tunga BOZDOĞAN *** Ömer Orbay ÇETĠN **** Özet Bu çalıĢmada, dijitalleĢmenin muhasebe eğitimine etkisi ve muhasebe eğitiminin uygulamada yeterli olup olmadığının ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, muhasebe meslek mensuplarına bir anket uygulanmıĢtır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS programı yardımıyla yüzde ve frekans tanımlayıcı istatistiklerinin yanı sıra Kruskal-Wallis ve Mann-Whitney U testleri ile analiz edilmiĢtir. AraĢtırma sonucunda, muhasebe eğitiminde dijitalleĢmenin oldukça önemli olduğu ancak mevcut muhasebe eğitiminde dijital sistemlere yeterince yer verilmediği ve iĢ dünyasının ihtiyaçlarını karĢılayabilecek nitelikte muhasebe meslek mensuplarının yetiĢmesine katkı sağlayamadığı tespit edilmiĢtir. Ayrıca muhasebe meslek mensuplarının yaĢ, tecrübe ve mezuniyet sonrası meslekleriyle ilgili teknolojik eğitime ihtiyaç duymaları ile muhasebe eğitiminde dijital sistemlerin önemi hakkındaki görüĢleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuĢtur. In line with this aim, a survey was implemented on the accounting professionals. The data obtained from the survey was analyzed with percentage and frequency descriptive statistics by the help of SPSS program as well as Kruskal-Wallis and Mann- Whitney U tests. As a result of the study, it has been determined that digitalization is highly important on the accounting education but the existing accounting education does not include digital systems enough and contribute sufficiently regarding the accounting professioanls who meet a business world‘s needs.
