(0711) 580137 ; e-mail : insyirah_riza@yahoo.co.id ABSTRAK Analisa Bond Index merupakan salah satu metode yang dipakai untuk penilaian hasil penyemenan pada production zone yang berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi nilai bond index pada proses penyemanan. Analisa ini sangat penting sebab apabila didapatkan nilai bond index yang buruk akan mengakibatkan terakumulasinya sejumlah air dalam proses produksi migas di PT Pertamina EP Field Rantau. Tahapan dalam analisa ini meliputi ; menentukan nilai CBL, menentukan nilai attenuation rate, mencari nilai bond index tiap kedalaman, dan menganalisa hasil nilai bond index. Penulis membuat beberapa klasifikasi yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan analisa bond index. Dari klasifikasi ini didapatkan nilai bond index yang baik terdapat pada kedalaman 736 – 738, 713 – 715 , dan 700 – 702 meter, terbentuknya seal hydraulic serta terdapatnya zona isolasi pada bagian top dan bottom zona yang akan diperforasi pada kedalaman 736 – 738, 713 – 715 . Sehingga berdasarkan hasil ini, penilaian analisa Bond Index pada production zone dinilai sudah cukup baik untuk menahan sejumlah air yang akan terakumulasi pada proses produksi migas dan tidak perlu dilakukan cementing ulang. Kata kunci: bond index, seal hydraulic, zona isolasi, cementing ulang ABSTRACT Bond Index analysis is one method which used for the assessment of the results of cementing at production zone that is used for evaluating the value of the Bond Index on cementing process. This analysis is very important since if it got bad bond index value, it will cause the accumulation of a number of water in the production process in the oil and gas company PT Pertamina EP Field Rantau. The stages in this analysis include; determine the value of the CBL, determine the value of attenuation rate, look for the depth value of each bond index, and analyze the results of bond index value. The writer makes several classification which affect the success of the bond index analysis. From this classification obtained a good bond index values are at a depth of 736-738, 713-715, and 700-702 meters, seal formation, and the presence of zones of hydraulic isolation at the top and bottom zones that will be perforated at the depth of 736-738, 713 - 715. So based on this assessment results, Bond Index analysis to the production zone is considered good enough to hold the amount of water that will be accumulated in the oil and gas production process and is not necessary to re-cementing.
