Daily Reports for Work Immersion Daily Report #1 On the first day of my work immersion, They assigned us in the different sections, my classmates assigned at the office of the Barangay Captain, The Barangay Clearance & Cedula Section and They assigned at the Court Room of Barangay Lupon. On the first day, I'm just observing what are going to do or what is the flow of work inside the Court Room. But I realized later on that the work is so easy because I will just assist the Secretary of Lupon, Ma’am Helen and she is so kind that's why it is easy for me to do what is going to do inside the Court Room. Daily Report #2 Every day there's a lot of hearings, different issues on both sides. Sometimes the case is easy to solve because both sides are willing to close the issues. And in the afternoon I'm in the Barangay Clearance Section because the Lupon Hearing is just for noon. As I said I just assist the Secretary again. In the afternoon I will go to the Clearance Section. Daily Report #3 The courtroom is so busy because of so many hearing, 1 session is estimated to end in 30 minutes, but because of the misunderstanding of both sides, it takes 1 hour to end the session. Both sides are shouting to each other and sometimes they are saying bad words even it is prohibited inside the courtroom. Daily Report #4 I cleaned the courtroom because I came first. I just clean the table, sweep the floor, arranging the chairs because at 9 am the courtroom is open for the sessions and I will become busy to assist the Lupon. One of the Lupon talks to me and I felt shy because you know, they are Lupon. Daily Report #5 This is my 5th day in immersion. My workmates in the courtroom became my friend. And again if there is a case dismissed I will just photocopy the minutes and gave it to both sides. And in the afternoon I’m assisting those people claiming their Clearances. Taking a picture with my workmates. Daily Report #6 It is Monday so the scheduled hearings are so many so again the courtroom is so busy. And there is a girl from PLV and she is assigned also in the courtroom. She is so kind, And I want to talk to her but I am shy Hahaha. Sometimes I blend a coffee for Secretary of Lupon and the Lupon. In the Afternoon again I will go to the Barangay Clearance & Cedula Department. Daily Report #7 It is Tuesday in the morning and the courtroom is not so busy than the other day. So I just talking to my workmates and the new girl from PLV became my friend Hahaha. In the afternoon I'm at the Barangay Clearance & Cedula Section, Typing at the computer and print the clearances. Daily Report #8 It is Wednesday so the hearing is so many, that’s why the courtroom is closed at 1 pm.Even it is from 8 am-12 pm only. Because the cases are not easy to solve because the other side is not willing to cooperate with the Lupon. So I did not eat lunch because at 1 pm I'm in the Clearance & Cedula Section. Daily Report #9 I'm at the Clearance & Cedula Section because there are so many assistants in the courtroom so I decided to help my classmates in that section. I'm stamping the official receipt of the Barangay Cedula with the name of the Treasurer. Daily Report #10 My last day in the workplace. I'm happy because I met Barangay Captain Bong Ferrer and take a picture with him in his office. I also had a picture with my workmates, classmates and Cedula Clerks, Ma’am Mary Anne and others.
