To find out the level of maturity of the management of such as data performed analysis to the current maturity rating (as is) and future (to be). The material of the research focuses on the Delivery and Support domain (DS), exactly on a sub Data Management Data (DM) -DS11. The results of this research describe that the level of maturity data management at X College with the current maturity rating (as is) is 0.40. The level of maturity based on Cobit 4.1 is on level 0 or Non existent. With the current maturity level result then it is the lowest maturity positions, which define as a condition in for X College does not have an IT governance process mechanism, so there is no oversight at all against the it governance performed by X College. Whereas the expected maturity level (to be) is at a value of the 3.8. With the value of the maturity level based on Cobit 4.1 is on level 4, means can ne controlled or managed. The expexted value of this condition where as the organization management at X College should be implement a number of quantitative performance measurement indicators to monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the nformation and technology governance and management.
