To have Power means to have the control on the resources, to have ability to influence on others behavior and to show that they can have their own decisions. From long time in organization and management it has been thought that Power is the key mechanism for influencing the organizational outcomes and also the decision making process. In this descriptive research an estimated sample size of 100 shop floor employees will be drawn. Mainly using the primary data, which will be collected using the structured questionnaire, the study will consider investigations of variables like power and employee satisfaction, which will have significant impact on cordial relationships among the employees.
