These systems are enormously complex systems that require tremendous investment on especially consulting, training, hardware, and software within corporate time and resources. Moreover, their implementation processes often entail significant challenges, difficulties, and risks. In this paper, it is aimed to introduce the most important issues and challenges of implementing an ERP system, in both large enterprises and SMEs in Turkey. Exploratory research was conducted by using a small-scale survey among 31 ERP experts of 31 Turkish companies from different industries. The findings show that user resistance is the most compelling factor influencing ERP implementation success in Turkish companies. Additionally, lack of well-planned project duration and implementation steps, as well as inadaptability with ERP product are the other notable factors affecting native ERP implementation success. Türkiye’de ERP ile İlgili Sorunlar ve Zorluklar: ERP Uzmanlarından Genel Bir Bakış Özet Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama Sistemi (ERP), küreselleşme çağında özellikle faaliyetlerini etkin bir şekilde yönetmek isteyen rekabetçi işletmelere yönelik entegre bir bilgi sistemidir. Bu sistemler, kurumsal zaman ve kaynaklar açısından özellikle danışmanlık, eğitim, donanım ve yazılım üzerine büyük bir yatırım gerektiren oldukça karmaşık sistemlerdir. Ayrıca, uygulama süreçleri genellikle sorunlar, zorluklar ve riskler içermektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'deki büyük işletmelerde ve KOBİ'lerde bir ERP sisteminin uygulanmasının içerebileceği sorunları ve zorlukları ortaya koymayı amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma, farklı sektörlerden 31 Türk şirketinde çalışan 31 ERP uzmanı üzerinde yapılan küçük ölçekli bir anket çalışması yapılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular, Türk şirketlerinde ERP uygulama başarısını etkileyen en önemli faktörün kullanıcı direnci olduğunu göstermektedir. Buna ek olarak, iyi planlanmış proje süresinin ve uygulama adımlarının olmayışı ve ERP ürününe yönelik yaşanan uyumsuzlukların, yerel ERP uygulama başarısını etkileyen önemli bir faktör olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
