Travel Igers: Innovation, Influence and Persuasion Through a Photo Gallery Mónica Valderrama-Santomé, Ana-Belén Fernández-Souto and Montse Vázquez-Gestal Abstract Nowadays accessibility science has had enormous advances in technology innovation to enable people with disabilities to participate on equal terms in almost every social area. Among the most effective actions to promote inclusion, the forma- tive aspects stand out from others, and establish a permanent positive and inclusive climate. In this project the design of a multimedia videogame explores technology issues and accessibility and design for all. Main objectives are awareness, mainly for young people, about the needs of those with disabilities. Travel Igers The ability of advertisers to get the attention of the audience has shifted from conven- tional to digital media. According to IAB Spain’s Annual Social Media Study 2016, 81% of all Internet users between 16 and 55 years old use social media, which repre- sents over 15 million users only in our country. Brands are aware of the importance and power of influence of some opinion leaders and include some influencers in their communication strategy in order to reach not only the youth, but also specific pro- files according to the preferences of the audience. Basically, when these influencers show a piece of clothing, a product or a trip they made on their virtual windows, demand soars.
