Ladi Batam Indonesia email : yayuk@uib.ac.id ABSTRACT Change Order (CO) is a change in work in a construction project. CO is very difficult to avoid and if this sequence changes occur it can endanger the project. In view of its relevance, projects to improve mermaid road inspection (continued) have a high risk of changing orders. This must be minimized from the beginning of the project work, one of which is to identify the fundamental factors that cause changes in the order in this project, using descriptive analysis methods. Based on the literature review, this study identified 11 factors that caused change order to occur. Data that has been collected through questionnaires with a total of 50 respondents involved in this study. These respondents are all people who work on the project. Each respondent was asked to express his opinion about the frequency and impact caused by using a 1-5 Likert scale. Two factors classified as the most important factor that causes changes in contract orders from the most dominant, namely physical conditions in the field (1) and changes in the scope of work (2) and non-dominant factors, namely the problem of supervisory consultants (1) and contractor problems (2) . This descriptive analysis also shows positive correlation and is statistically significant. Keywords: Change Order, Project, Construction, Water Building, Descriptive Analysis ABSTRAK Change Order (CO) adalah perubahan pekerjaan dalam proyek konstruksi. CO sangat sulit untuk dihindari dan jika perubahan urutan ini terjadi dapat membahayakan proyek. Mengingat relevansinya, proyek peningkatkan jalan inspeksi jalan duyung (lanjutan) memiliki risiko tinggi untuk perubahan pesanan. Ini harus diminimalkan sejak awal pekerjaan proyek, salah satunya adalah dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor mendasar yang menyebabkan perubahan urutan pada proyek ini, menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 11 faktor yang menyebabkan change order terjadi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan total 50 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Responden ini adalah semua orang yang bekerja di proyek tersebut. Setiap responden diminta untuk menyampaikan pendapatnya tentang frekuensi dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Dua faktor 1 | RACIC – JURNAL TEKNIK SIPIL ABDURRAB
