The high use of smartphones makes the Transaction industry competing to create payment products using mobile phones, to create it easier for users to transact online anywhere and anytime. the main focus of this research is to investigate the effect of perceived service quality, perceived usefulness, perceived easy use, perceived security, satisfaction and loyalty of OVO users. This research is categorized as a descriptive analysis method by taking samples and questionnaires because the main tool. The sample of this study is OVO. Respondents were selected using non- probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of the analysis use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and therefore the results are going to be summarized as follows: 1. The effect of perceived service quality contains a significant positive effect on satisfaction in use. 2. The effect of perceived usefulness contains a significant positive effect on satisfaction in use. 3. The effect of perceived easy use doesn't affect satisfaction in use. 4. The effect of perceived security contains a significant positive effect on satisfaction in use. 5. The effect of satisfaction contains a significant positive effect on loyalty in use.
