To achieve these objectives the research method used is data collection using samples and populations residing in Indonesian TRD companies. The type of data used is interviews and secondary data by collecting other data sources related to this research. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive qualitative analysis of the results obtained showing that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT TRD Indonesia. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Introduction A company has important assets that must be considered so that the goals that have been determined can be carried out as desired. According to Shafiq and Hamza (2017) the main assets in a company are human resources. Human resources that contribute well are human resources that provide support for the company. Malik (2019) explained that human resources have commitments and responsibilities that can improve their performance. Employee performance is the company's main goal. Diamantidis and Chatzoglou (2018) revealed that what was needed was the best and supported optimal management. There are several factors that can affect employee performance. According to Falola et al. (2014) revealed that training and development are strategic tools that are indispensable for improving employee performance. Other experts explained that satisfaction from the profession, work environment and compensation policies are factors that influence employee
