Abstract: Organizations’ are facing challenges to managing the diversity and inclusion in current scenario where it is facile to follow the practices of diverse workforce but managing inclusive organization by giving value, respect and developing them. The Purpose of the paper is to investigate the factors related to inclusive organization. These factors are identified by doing the systematic literature review by using two keywords- Inclusive Organization and Inclusive Workplace in advance searches option of 8 major research databases just by searching in title. Prior research has explored various factors affecting the inclusivity of the organization. However, the findings of that research are limited towards the specific variables. In this systematic literature review, Emerald, Web of Science, Science direct, Taylor & Francis, Sage and Scopus were used as a database to search articles pertaining of inclusive organization. Criteria was set to accept the articles that was language and related articles to the concerned topic for the final analysis level, 52 out of articles were selected for the further analysis. Results and discussions are imparted in the five stages i.e. database articles, year wise articles and top journals. After doing the review, Inclusive Leadership, disability, education related to gender and ethnicity, language, organisation culture are discussed and suggested the practices for the required factors for the inclusive organisation. In the last, Future research scope is provided in the paper Keywords: Gender, Disability, Leadership, Ethnicity and Language INTRODUCTION It is very easy to say that personal lives and professional lives should be kept separately and should not affect each other. But in true sense, your ability to interact with different people is directly related to your work performance. Work environment should appreciate the openness and honesty of the employees that enables to perform best. Inclusive organization has become the key for the sustainable organization. Historical approach has faded, when organizations were focusing on keeping diverse workforce, now its inclusion time where organization have to give fair and equal chance in terms of acceptance, respect, value and career development to the diversified work force ( Arcand & Wagner, 2016) . So, Employees can feel their value and embrace themselves for the diverse background and different perspective. This terminology increases the talent, contribution and creativity among employees. The meaning of inclusive organization depicts that an organization is inclusive when everyone has a sense of belonging; feels respected, valued and seen for who they are as individuals; and feels a level of supportive energy and commitment from leaders, colleagues and others so that all people– individually and collectively–can do their best work. To fulfill the above mentioned lines, this paper focuses on the factors that help in achieving the above mentioned objectives. Many researches says that inclusive organization helps in high job satisfaction, low turnover, Higher productivity, improves problem-solving and high employee morale.
