One hundred and fifteen questionnaires were distributed to experts’ engineers who worked in the previous post - disaster housing reconstruction projects in Gaza Strip and 105 copies were received from the respondents with a response rate = 91.30%. The collected data were analyzed with the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) IBM version 22. From the literature review, the success groups were divided into five groups. The results showed that the transparency and accountability group was the highest rank success group. The findings indicated that establishing a monitoring system to minimize corruption in reconstruction projects, shared database for exchange information among organizations after the disaster, competencies and experience of managers and team members who are engaged in the reconstruction projects are the most three critical success factors.
