Abstract This paper examines the factors influencing the patients’ repurchase or revisit intentions in selected the corporate hospitals in Tamil Nadu. The variables such as brand image, service quality, customer value, brand preference lead to customer loyalty and patient satisfaction thereby enabling them to revisit the hospital. The motivation for this research derived from the fact that patient retention is significant for profitability of a hospital. Hence, hospitals need to implement patient retention strategies rather than strategies to attract new patients. The statistical analysis of the results supports the hypothesis of the study. The outcomes show that there is relationship between the study variables. Keywords: Corporate Hospitals, Patient Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Revisit Intention, Marketing Strategy. 1. Introduction In recent decades, the health care industry is transforming to meet the global standards. Because of easier accessibility to access medical services and advanced level of education, patients' prerequisites and desires as far as health care service quality are likewise expanding. At the point when clients get quality service more than their expectation, they tend to become less sensitive towards price. The necessities of medical service in Tamil Nadu drive the challenge among the providers of health service. The intense competition among health service supplier particularly hospitals power the administrations to make the best procedures so as to endure and turn into the main hospital among others (Pramitari, 2013) 1 . As far as this condition, quality is a fundamental marker that influences the upper hand and a pointer to decide the interest of products and services in an organization (Fitzsimmons and Fitzsimmons, 1994) 2 . In accordance with this, the expanding number of hospitals in Tamil Nadu from government and private sectors brought about extreme competition among hospitals. Patients would decide to be faithful to a specific hospital that they considered have met their wants and needs, they will likewise return to the hospital for future treatment when they attain the level of satisfaction. 1 Pramitari, I.
