Vol.3 No. 3 2017, Hal. 363-374 EVALUASI PEMUNGUTAN SUARA DI TPS MENUJU PILKADA DKI JAKARTA BERINTEGRITAS (Studi Observasi Analitk Perencanaan, Dafar Pemilih, Kampanye, Penghitungan Suara pada TPS 042 Semanan, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat dalam Pilkada DKI Jakarta 2017 Putaran I) Khuswatun Hasanah Universitas Indonesia, Depok, Indonesia, khuswatununj@gmail.com ABSTRACT The electon of regional heads in Jakarta Capital City in the frst round was won by the pair of Ahok-Djarot and Anies Sandi as well as confrmed both as the candidate pair of electon of DKI Jakarta 2017 for round II. Going to Pilkada with integrity, Chairman of Bawaslu RI, Prof. Dr. Muhammad, S.IP., M.Si stated the four elements of the realizaton of electons with integrity that is the existence of clear regulaton, competent electon partcipants, neutral bureaucracy, and organizers with integrity. This research using feld study method, by observaton, and studying the books or literature. The documents are then analyzed by descriptve-analytcal technique. Besides analyzing the data that depart from the principles or principles of the implementaton of electons with integrity, then drawn on a specifc conclusion. This research result is that votng in TPS 042 has not fully existed in the qualifcaton of Pilkada with integrity, but there was an efort towards Pilkada with integrity. Clear regulatons, electon campaign partcipants, professional bureaucracy in the Electon Votng Commitee KPPS need to be upheld, and the implementaton of integrity greatly afects the quality of votng results in electons 2017.
