It is seen from many of ongoing project constructions in Banda Aceh. One of the projects is Simpang Surabaya Fly Over. This project is located on T. Imuem Lueng Bata and Chik Ditiro Streets, Lueng Bata Sub District, Banda Aceh. The fly over project construction carried out because Surabaya cannot able to serve the vehicles flows passing it. This intersection is one of the intersections found in Banda Aceh which the traffic jam level is too high. This is the impact of trip generations to the activity centers passing Simpang Surabaya as the intersection and the movement distribution. The fly over project construction has high work accident risk. The situation in the project location reflects hard character and the activities are very complex and difficult to be implemented so that it is required the prime stamina from the workers construction. The work health and safety (K3) becomes the aspect which must be always emphasized because it relates to very complex problems, including humanitarian aspect, economic costs and benefits, legal aspects, accountability as well as image of the company. PURPOSE This study aims to identify the interest of the project implementation team in applying K3 to Simpang Surabaya Fly over Project in Banda Aceh, and identify the most dominant factor in K3 application of the project construction. The observations done to the project implementation teams (stakeholders) in the fly over project are consist of owner, supervision consultants, and contractors. METHODS The identifications done are to Personal Protection Equipment (APD), Work Security Equipment (APK), Project Health Equipment, work environment, and general programs. The statistical analysis used is reliable test, validity test and descriptive analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) of 22 Version.
